This role needs you to be a dedicated learning & development professional, somebody with creativity and an innovative forward-thinking outlook on learning. You will be responsible for developing and invigorating our curriculum primarily across our Apprenticeships team. You’ll spend your time on curriculum support with elements of learner IAG/support when required,  ensuring consistently high delivery and a ‘best in class’ learning experience.

Location: Remote

Salary: £28,000 a year

Contract type: Full-time, Permanent

Schedule: Monday to Friday

 

 

 

Here is some of what you’ll be doing:

  • Creation, development and revision of our highly engaging and innovative curriculum, including the writing of apprenticeship standards
  • Drive the creation and design of bespoke digital learning solutions and in-house programme resources
  • Work collaboratively with our team and external partners to bring the vision to life from concept through to delivery ensuring industry leading solutions
  • Create and maintain our apprenticeship standard assessment content on our learning platform ensuring our apprenticeship learners are engaged as they are guided through the evidence criteria
  • Keep track of market trends in the world of L&D to identify opportunities for us to improve our products and services
  • Continually review and analyse learner, client and internal feedback to invigorate and improve our programmes and ensure they meet needs and exceed expectations
  • Manage our learning library and support our Apprenticeships Learning teams directing them to relevant content
  • Leverage our extensive access to thought leadership and embed the thinking into our curriculum offers
  • Engage with prospective learners and talk through the Apprenticeship standards and role requirements for evidence gathering
  • Work collaboratively through the onboarding process ensuring learners and managers have a full understanding of time scales and apprenticeships.

What you’ll bring to the table:

  • Strong collaboration and communication skills to work with our team and our partners
  • A track record of developing content and programmes of learning including apprenticeship standards in-line with external specifications
  • Excellent IT & Digital skills
  • Natural ability to spot opportunities for innovation and improvements.
  • Experience within a fast-paced learning and development environment and a track record of successful delivery of learning enterprises via different methods.
  • An ability to work to tight deadlines by effectively organising, planning and prioritising your workload – multi-tasking is a necessity at Raise the Bar
  • Detail orientated – Paying close attention to the particular
  • Experience delivering Apprenticeship standards in Leadership & Management (L3/L5) or Professional Coaching (L5)
  • Experience of supporting learners remotely including use of an e-portfolio system, using a range of ICT packages e.g. Skype, Microsoft Teams, Zoom.
