As a Senior Business Administrator for Raise the Bar you will be an important cog in this machine, supporting both our Commercial Learning & Apprenticeship teams. This means wearing different hats, being a brilliant team player and throwing yourself into the task at hand.

Location: Knowsley

Salary: £20,000 – £23,000 a year

Contract type: Full-time, Permanent

 

 

Some of what you’ll be doing:

  • Assist with day-to-day co-ordination of training programmes
  • Liaising with consultants around availability for apprenticeships delivery
  • Supporting the team with preparation of required training materials
  • Answering and directing telephone calls
  • Supporting with invoicing and accruals
  • Reconciling monthly credit card statements
  • Raise and manage the purchase order process
  • General administration and process support to the Head of Business Support and other team members, as required

What you’ll need:

  • Previous administration experience in working in fast, ever evolving industry
  • Outstanding organisational skills and the ability to effectively prioritise your workload
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Good knowledge and skill using a range of Microsoft packages
