Location: Knowsley, Merseyside – with remote working

Salary: £25 000 – £27 000

OTE £35 000 – £40 000

Contract type: Full-time, Permanent

As our Client Solutions Manager the crux of your role will be generating, identifying and converting new sales leads, building solid relationships with new and existing clients and speakers, selling our market leading development programmes and generating leads for other parts of our business.

 

Some of what you’ll be doing:

  • Preparing proposals and contracts whilst utilizing your ability to negotiate and influence
  • Utilizing our own warm, senior level database to generate and develop leads into new clients
  • Developing our contacts and networking to provide fresh data and discover new leads that will in-turn be developed to new clients
  • High level account management of existing accounts to manage each booking and the on-going client association for repeat business.
  • Cross selling and up selling our propositions ensuring our clients receive the greatest benefit from everything we can offer and maximizing our returns
  • Managing and developing relationships with clients
  • Work closely with our marketing team to support business development
  • Work to monthly and annual targets
  • Working closely with the admin support team to delegate logistical tasks for each booking.
