Location: Remote working

Salary: £32 000 – £35 000 DOE

Contract type: Full-time, Permanent

As our Apprentice Performance Manager you will work closely with the Head of Apprenticeships to lead and guide the Coaching team to ensure high levels of teaching, learning and skills development in the delivery of our programmes. Furthermore, you will be integral in assisting with client management, becoming a key contact for our clients and providing them with the assurance of the quality of our programmes, to ensure we are meeting our business objectives.

 

Some of what you’ll be doing:

  • This role, will be integral in supporting the Head of Apprenticeships with line management responsibilities over the coaching team and client management duties:
  • 1:1 Performance management of a caseload of Coaches in order to ensure maximum performance levels and KPIs are achieved
  • Day to day management of your team including; training and development and general welfare and well-being
  • Manage the relationships and contract enforcement for a caseload of clients providing support through onboarding, monthly meetings, progress reports and quarterly reviews
  • Delivery management of key clients to ensure client satisfaction through regular stakeholder engagement
  • Support the Quality team to ensure the Coaches have a thorough understanding of the delivery portfolio, the requirements of Apprenticeship Standards along with Quality and Compliance expectations
  • Produce prompt and accurate management information and translate all learner performance data to steer delivery in order to reach financial and quality targets
  • Support the team in ensuring that enrolment and contractual paperwork is in place, and learner progress and 20%OTJ detail is captured and robust for audit and inspection requirements
  • Being readily involved in the on-going recruitment and induction of new members of the Coaching team
