A French rocket-scientist by training, and a strategist by trade, Fred Pelard has been lecturing on strategic thinking around the world for the last 20 years. He makes organisations smarter, from the CEO to the new intern.
Fred started his career in management consulting (with Deloitte), and completed his MBA at INSEAD in 1994. He has been working as a strategist ever since, first with Kalchas (a medium-sized Bain and McKinsey spin-off) and then with Instigate Group, as a consultant, a speaker, and a trainer.
Fred has conducted nearly 400 sessions of his trademark ‘Strategic Thinking at Speed’ approach; training over 7,000 people in the last 10 years, across 48 clients and 5 continents. He has honed his content and his delivery style to make sure that all participants walk out of his sessions with a broad smile, a spring in their step, a fully topped-up toolkit, and a renewed enthusiasm for tackling complex problems.
