Scott is a creative, imaginative and commercially focused leadership and management development consultant. He has developed a reputation for making complex strategies and theories simple, practical and memorable.
Having started his career in retail, Scott has held a diverse range of multi-site operational and learning development roles in the fashion, pharmacy, travel and food industries. Scott was successfully managing 1million+ turnover outlets by age 20 and was responsible for the learning and development of over 100+ retail outlets in his early twenties before moving into a career in learning and development. Over the last 10 years, Scott has provided services for 100’s of different organisations in the private, public and voluntary sectors.
Scott is a contributor and speaker to the Chartered Institute for Personnel and Development Leaders In Learning Network. This an invitation-only group for those L&D professionals leading learning in their organisations or leading practice as a consultant. This group runs many nationwide events to enable CIPD members and non-members to keep pace with the fast-changing world of learning and development.
Scott is equally at home designing as he is facilitating growth. He ghost-writes learning content for many organisations and loves to create an abundance of thought-provoking and unique resources that enable people to turn their learning into results.
Scott is also is an accredited DiSCpractitioner and skilled in the provision of a full psychometric profiling service including areas such as Team Dynamics, Sales, Working Styles, Leadership and Management at an Associate, Middle Management and Senior Management/Executive level.
As an approved Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) Designer and Trainer Scott has delivered programmes to leaders and managers at all levels.
