Motivational Speakers

ASCL has used Raise the Bar for a number of years now. The team fully understand our needs and really ‘get’ the nature of our main conference. That means we can work together to identify appropriate speakers who can add value to the event. Rucha and Mollie are very approachable and are so adept at helping us select the right person time after time due to the way they have gotten to know our organisation. Once the speaker has been contracted, Rucha and Mollie will then support us pre-event by arranging briefing calls, marketing interviews, sorting logistics and always being available should there be any issues along the way. I could not recommend Raise the Bar more highly. Rucha and Mollie are seen as very much part of our conference team, it would not be the same without them.

Ombudsman

We were looking for a speaker to present as part of our annual mental wellbeing campaign ‘Am I ok?’ With help from Rucha and Mollie we chose Colin Jackson. Colin delivered an insightful, interesting talk, and spoke openly about his experience of anxiety and how he turned negative thoughts towards a healthy and positive view. This was perfect for our campaign as we wanted to encourage colleagues to look within, think about their mental wellbeing and how it could be improved and sustained. The talk ended with an open, fun Q&A session. The event was very well received. Rucha and Mollie were friendly and helpful from the outset, in both the planning and delivery of the event.

Welsh Water

I contacted RTB Speakers to book Gavin Oattes for an upcoming ‘virtual offsite’ event.
