The skills, knowledge and behaviours that I have learnt this far on the programme have been instantly transferable to my role and I have already noticed a change in my approach when managing my team. I have found it fascinating that I am unknowingly already using some techniques daily and it is a great moment when you can put a name to a method I am already familiar with.

Liz Hardman, Programme Learner

My confidence and abilities are growing month on month; the course is really encouraging me to try new approaches and change the existing way I am working to be inclusive of different learning styles. This has been noticed by my team which is incredibly rewarding.

Liz Hardman, Programme Learner

I would recommend both this programme and Raise the Bar to anyone who wants to develop themselves or make a change to their own journey. The support, training assets and workshops are brilliant and instantly transferable to any career.

Liz Hardman, Programme Learner

At TalkTalk we have a vast array of female talent. It’s therefore only fitting that we invest in programmes to unleash that talent upon the business. To see eight of the eleven already promoted before the programme has even finished is the perfect reward. Massive thanks to our friends at Raise the Bar for yet another transformational programme.

Ian Turner, Talent Director

I will always recommend the work that Raise the Bar do, as I love how nothing is ‘off the shelf’, but a lot of time, care and hard work goes in to making programmes and apprenticeships fit for purpose. (The people aren’t too bad either). Can’t wait to explore other challenges and what else we can achieve.

Sam Davys, Equality and Future Talent Manager

Since starting the course, my biggest achievement has been the ability to lead through change whilst raising the profile of the team across the business. It’s been heart-warming to see increased recognition of insight and analytics through our people, and I’m excited to see where the team goes this year.

Amy Higgins, Programme Learner

We were recently referred to as a team “buried” within the organisation. A lot of my focus has been repositioning the output of the team at a senior level and we are now seeing better engagement as a result from the programme

Amy Higgins, Programme Learner

I recently began my journey of learning and growth when I started my Women in Leadership apprenticeship qualification with Raise the Bar. The programme aims to inspire, motivate and empower current and future women to achieve their leadership potential, and I felt all of that from my very first session!
