Will is more self-assured in his day to day dealing with the wider Division, not just the team he manages.  He is more assertive when he needs to be, which is a direct result of the training and the confidence this has instilled in him.

This course has been one of the best that Bibby have invested in. When the opportunity to volunteer for this course came around I was, at best, sceptical of the benefit to me or Bibby. 12 months on and after investing 20% of my working life into this course & my self-development, the team at Raise the Bar have done a fantastic job at quelling my scepticism. The diverse subject matter delivered by their network of experts has kept me engaged during their regular workshops.
