Kirsty Mac is a Senior Consultant and Coach at Raise the Bar. Her areas of special expertise include leadership development, communications and coaching. Kirsty works with leading entrepreneurs and executives to help them reach new levels of performance and success.
Kirsty has spoken on leadership, mindset, communications and development at events across the globe, delivering keynotes at executive leadership conferences in America, Australia, Europe and the UK. She has designed and developed programmes for Ford, HSBC, First Direct, Disney, Heineken, Technip and M&S Money. Her creative approach to the delivery and design of her programmes and sessions ensures a powerful and memorable delegate experience.
Prior to her consultancy and coaching work, Kirsty held senior roles in retail businesses and sales teams. Her experience in management and leadership stems from her time with Marks & Spencer, Mattel and Masterfoods. Kirsty believes in unlocking potential and supporting people to explore new opportunities, having helped start and develop several companies in the development, sales and beauty sectors. She utilises her branding skills, eye for design and distinct creativity to help launch well-branded, value-driven businesses and encourages them to thrive.
Kirsty has a passion for business – nothing makes her happier than getting-to-grips with a business and working out how performance can be improved. She is an active practitioner, working alongside board executives and leaders to create development experiences that are human centred. Also, Kirsty is passionate about continuous learning and embracing new ideas. Currently, she is extensively exploring digital business opportunities in order to introduce the best technologies to create impactful online experiences.
She is a regular podcast contributor and produces her own podcast ‘Dying for a Life’ which is set to launch in Spring 2021. Also, Kirsty co-hosts the popular ‘Leaders, what now?’ podcast, alongside Jim McNeish, exploring what it is we need from leadership post-2020. Additionally, she co-hosts the ‘1-2-1000’ podcast with fellow Raise the Bar Consultant Scott Leiper, where they discuss all-things life and leadership.
