With over 10 years L&D experience, Kerry has led and managed Learning and Development functions for AXA Insurance, Veolia Environmental Services and Babington, before joining Raise the Bar as Head of Client Propositions. 

From working with individuals on a one-to-one basis to addressing large conference audiences, she has the ability toengage with and motivate people at all levels.

Kerry has designed and delivered training for a host of well known brands, including; M&S, Lloyds, Countrywide, TUI, RSPCA, Capital One, Virgin Money, John Lewis, Barclays, EE, Swinton and Severn Trent Water. She has also developed a reputation for film production incorporated into Immersive Customer Experiences (ICE Events), designed as part of large scale transformation programmes.

​Her facilitation style is fun, energetic and unforgettable. She is just at home on stage presenting at large corporate events as she is delivering remote virtual learning.

In additional to her Corporate roles and Consultancy clients, Kerry has ghost-written bespoke content for well-known behavioural change and learning organisations that have gone on to exceed KPI’s, delivering exceptional ROI. These results have been particularly exceptional in the sales arena doubling conversion and increasing NPS scores by 20 points within customer experience programmes.

Kerry’s passion for behavioural change, neuro science, NLP and psychometric profiling can be transferred into learning design for Leadership and Management, Sales and CX programmes. Communication and Presenting are areas of expertiseand she is also an advocate for diagnostic tools that ensure a full understanding of core business issues, organisational culture and brand DNA – it means getting it right first time, every time!

Excited by learning experiences utilising latest thinking and technologies, Kerry is able to design and deliver learning interventions in a way that maximises learning retention and transfer.
