Jane is a creative and innovative leader with a proven track record in HR strategy, leadership and development and change management. Working strategically at board level and operationally with managers, Jane enjoys supporting the continuous creation of agility within an organisation, whilst encouraging leaders to ‘disrupt their thinking and application’ to deliver organisational results.

Jane is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), approved design and deliver for the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) and the Chartered Management Institute (CMI), supported by a Masters in Strategic HR. ​

​Jane’s experience ranges from the design and delivery of leadership programmes for international PLC’s up to Level 7, to project managing major PFI tenders, through to working with clients to design award winning organisational development solutions. ​

​Jane works within the private and public sector, from engineering, construction, manufacturing to hospitality and retail. She enjoys the variety of operating within the PLC environment through to smaller entrepreneurial businesses.
