Event Facilitator, Leadership / Followship Guide, Mentor and Advisor

A behavioural psychologist by discipline I have developed a wide and comprehensive leadership and management skillset through a number of senior roles in multinational organisations across several industries. I have been a Transformation and Change Director, L&D Lead, Interim HRD and a Programme and Risk Director. My primary focus is always on understanding what makes us behave the way we do. I have a passion for helping people unlock their potential. Amongst the companies I have worked with are Lloyds Bank, Halifax plc, C&G, TSB, Bank Of Scotland, Carillion & Walgreens Boots Alliance. 

Outside of my commercial career I have coached Team GB in several championships including the World Transplant Games in 2019 and am currently a mentor to a number of our elite coaches through a coaching consultancy business that I own. 

Today I am focussed on my ability to influence on a wider scale. To that end I hold three Non-Executive Director / Trustee Positions; I am a trustee and NED at Elvaston Castle & Gardens Trust, I am the Chair of Derbyshire Community Transport, a charity that provides transport solutions to disadvantaged and remote communities and I am a director of a large Multi Academy Trust comprising 10 large secondary schools 

I have been involved in all aspects of Leadership Development from training design and content creation through to facilitation and delivery.  I am developing a number of learning journeys as a consultant that allow me to utilise my significant skill set to benefit an even wider number of people . I am working with authors to translate their leadership thinking into pragmatic material that can be used across multiple organisations.

I have facilitated and led programmes in the following areas:

  • Change & Transformation – supporting teams through the transformation journey (Nancy Kline / Elephant & Rider)
  • D&I – helping teams to unlock the power of diverse thinking as a part of their D&I journey
