Development Facilitator, Executive & Team Coach, Behavioural Psychologist

Carina is a behavioural psychologist who works as a coach, facilitator and business consultant. Curious, innovative and results-focussed, she is an enabler who creates deep human connections that make it possible for people and teams to transform their thinking and behaviours.

She lives by the mindset that we should all live our best life – just ‘being’ isn’t enough – and thrives on helping others to understand themselves better and work out what needs to be done to succeed in their chosen goals. She empowers people to make life-enhancing decisions, while helping them to build personal courage and resilience in pursuit of their goals.

Whether she’s pushing her son on the swings, walking her two mini-dachshunds across the fields or conducting a corporate coaching session, Carina’s consistently gives off a positive energy and enthusiasm for the diversity and possibility that life offers. She is astute and observant – adept at asking the right questions to help her clients identify relevant issues, clarify their thinking and focus on the next steps that need to be taken. Despite her academic roots, she is deeply practical and highly experienced, with an engaging approach that makes it easy to relate – and respond – to her expertise.
